Dear Mr. Snyder,

Thank you for your most recent email.

I appreciate your concerns and would like to reiterate that school divisions
should not be in the land development business.  It appears there was a
breakdown in the process between the school division and the Public Schools
Finance Board (PSFB) and the review announced is aimed at reviewing the
processes.  It is however important to ensure that the ratepayers are not
adversely affected throughout this process.

I appreciate your concerns and there are many questions that need to be
addressed.  This is why I've directed the department to undertake this
review.  I too am concerned about this matter and am committed to a
comprehensive review.
